Classy cards and packaging for customer loyalty

The swiss hotel group Swissôtel has launched a high value customer loyalty program, named the Swissôtel Circle, which offers their members special benefits.

In line with this program hotel guests get a customer card – depending on the number of overnight stays in the three variations Inizia, Elevá or Zenit – which offers them some special services like VIP Service, 48 hours of guaranteed room availability, personal preferred hotel rooms, free access to the fitness- and spa-area, premiums, which can be traded to special services like spending a night in the hotel for free, or even invitations to very exclusive Swissôtel Circle events.

Classy Sets for your most loyal costumers

Just as classy as the benefits of the members program are the fine shimmering member cards with the owners’ name and membership number including a set of letter, booklet and package. The package itself appears in two variations – for Inizia and Elevá it’s made of paper and woodwork for Zenit. The terms Inizia, Elevá and Zenit are metaphors for the different stages of climbing a hill – beginning, ascension and top.

On all elements of the program you’ll find the “Circle of Life” which his inspired by the traditional swiss silhouette. On the cards it appears as a logo in hotstamp and the character in UV-varnish, and it’s also embossed on booklet and paper packages.

The Zenit card – which represents the highest level of the customer loyalty program – comes in a package made of high quality swiss pine wood and includes also an additional partner card and key chain with the members' initials. On the package the silhouette is made of felt and the circle also adorns the silver key chain.

Personalization on demand

All About Cards gave Swissôtel conceptual advices and also did the production of the three types of cards and packages. All About Cards is also responsible for the personalization and distribution of the sets with a total circulation of 120.000 pieces. The first emanation of 30.000 sets took place in November 2011. This worldwide card project shows perfectly how you can give your member card an exclusive framing, which is able to improve your customer loyalty. And it also shows the variety of attainment and expertise of All About Cards.
