All-around service for the exclusive loyalty card

For some time now, the All About Cards team has been supporting the municipal utility of Neumarkt i.d.Opf. in the implementation of its new customer cards, which are handed out to every electricity and gas customer of the company.

The aim was and is to provide customers with added value through the Stadtwerke's CI-branded customer cards, which come with a number of benefits. These include discounts at the company's own facilities, cheaper parking in the city, and exclusive gifts. These benefits are implemented with the help of an HF and a UHF chip, which, for example, informs the barrier systems in parking garages of the reduced conditions for the customers of the public utility company.

All About Cards supported the Stadtwerke in concept development and implementation before and during the start of the project through various workshops and was involved in all project phases. Potential hurdles such as the instrumentalization of the customer card as a mass product were identified and eliminated in a solution-oriented manner. All About Cards also took over the system connection and handling of the Schleupen ERP, which categorizes new and no longer active customers and co-manages them through regular delta reconciliation.

As part of the comprehensive and seamless all-round service, All About Cards also implemented the mailing of the customer cards, including the printing of cover letters, brochures and envelopes for all active SWN customers.

In addition, the All About Cards team worked with SWN partner mtms to design a dedicated landing page for the customer card. Activation of the customer card via QR code or number is intuitively done via the website, opening the numerous benefits of the campaign to the customer.
