MÄC GEIZ
Even those who are already buying cheaply like to make additional bargains. This is why the non-food-discounter MÄC GEIZ decided to launch a bonus programme - initially exclusively digital - back in 2019. Customers collect loyalty points via a smartphone app, whose can be redeemed for coupons and discounts. The company is active in 12 federal states in Germany. The desire to expand the bonus programme quickly grew in the shops.
With the additional introduction of a physical bonus card (due to increased customer demand), All About Cards came into play as a full-service provider. A comprehensive service package was put together with the help of thorough advice on the realisation of the project:
- Production of the application forms for display in around 300 MÄC GEIZ shops
- Supply of card blanks made from recycled PVC for use as offline bonus cards
- Procurement of the paper components for sending the bonus cards (stationery, envelopes, €5 welcome voucher)
- Monthly changing stationery with new coupons
- Data capture of the application forms with backend connection via API
- Double-sided card personalisation with name (front) and customer number (back)
- Mailing fulfilment and postal delivery with postage optimisation
Thanks to All About Cards handling the many production stages from a single source, reliable execution of bonus card management is guaranteed. Apart from displaying the application forms, MÄC GEIZ shop employees do not have to deal with the programme and therefore have more time for customers and shop design. Visitors without smartphones in particular benefit from the new offer of a physical bonus card and are now included in discount promotions.
