Karls Adventure Villages
Everyone in northern Germany knows them: the strawberry sales huts from Karls. In addition, the company provides leisure fun for the whole family with its eight "adventure villages", even off the strawberry season. Open all year round, there is much to discover: exciting rides, handicraft workshops for jam, bread or sweets, petting zoos and much more.
Continuous cooperation and development of solutions
Just as Karls' adventure villages grow every year, the cooperation with All About Cards has also developed steadily. One example of this is the production of gift and annual cards with matching carriers in changing layouts. An absolute hit: the annual cards in the colours of the rainbow, and in black for adults.
When it comes to card materials, new things are always being tried out. All About Cards has already produced gift cards made of wood and matching card holders made of kraft paper.
Special challenges
A special requirement is the reliable and fast personalisation of the Karls annual cards in large numbers on site in the adventure villages. Here, All About Cards supplies and supports high-performance Zebra card printers, regularly supplies the Karls locations with accessories and consumables, and provides advice on the optimal use of the devices. On site, staff can take photos of visitors and then print them in colour on new annual cards. By showing the annual pass, customers then automatically gain access to the attractions.
Convenient and practical for the youngest visitors are the wristbands for day visitors produced by All About Cards. They are robust and dirt-repellent. This means there is no risk of loss and the printed barcodes remain clearly legible at the entrance barriers.
Christmas calendar and sock packaging
All About Cards has also helped to design a particularly beautiful Advent calendar in a very limited edition. We provided detailed advice and handled the production of the cover, inlay and slipcase. Significant for this project was the fast delivery time. In addition, the All About Cards team was always available as a contact for calendar production, so that a great and high-quality product could be created. The Karls Advent calendar contains 24 handcrafted specialties in sample sizes - from snacks, cookies and sweets to spreads and special hot and cold drinks.
In addition - as a special gift idea for the Christmas season - there are the original Karls cuddly socks in a strawberry-sweet design. All About Cards also provided advice and support in the implementation of this project and developed a solution for personalizing the sock packaging with individual voucher codes.
