Customer loyalty and gift cards for bikers

The cooperation with our partner POLO is a good example of the customer-orientated and continuous development of our relationships.

All About Cards has been working with the motorbike clothing and accessories specialist since 2015.

New customer loyalty and gift card projects are constantly being devised and realised for the more than 90 shops in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

 

 

 

 

 

Current: Modern gift cards with individual top-up amountsttractive gift cards and book boxes

After several years in use, it was time for a facelift for the popular POLO gift cards. Each gift card is applied directly to an environmentally friendly card carrier made of recyclable cardboard during production.

At the checkout, the customer can decide for themselves how much they want to top up their gift card. Previously, monetary values of 10, 25, 50 or 100 euros were pre-printed.

The design of the gift card has also been modernised and does now match better with the layout of the POLO customer cards.

All About Cards also produces elegant book boxes for the special gift, which give the biker present a special value.

 

 

The right card for every type of customer

All About Cards has also been supporting the implementation of customer loyalty programmes at POLO for many years.

With customer cards for:

  • learner riders (Starter Card)
  • Experienced bikers (Member Card)
  • Driving instructors (Driving School Card)
  • Motorbike dealers (Dealer Card)


Application forms are produced with great care for each of the programmes in four different country versions: for POLO customers in Germany, in Austria, as well as in German and French-speaking Switzerland. All About Cards ensures that a personalised customer card is inserted into each application form, in which a personalised code is also printed. A video comparison is carried out to avoid any confusion between card and form.

The new application process means that customers have their loyalty card in their hands as soon as they fill out the form in the shop. All forms are then digitised (= scanned) by us, the data is recorded for further processing and sent back to POLO. This is done for all countries and all card versions - quickly and reliably. For customers who order their bonus card via the POLO online shop, All About Cards handles the entire mailing and card dispatch. This is how we understand service and expertise around the card, which is constantly being further developed.
