MIFARE® DESFire®
The MIFARE® DESFire® chip cards feature a high level of security and are available in various memory sizes. The DESFire® brand refers to the use of DES, 3DES and AES encryption algorithms to secure transmission data. Usually, the smart cards are used as ticketing applications in the public sector. DESFire® chip card types are NFC-enabled and can be easily integrated into mobile systems. In addition, up to 28 different applications with a maximum of 32 files per application are possible.
