“Life is wonderful, you just have to see it through the right glasses” – said a writer of the 19th century. And that is where our customer Robin Look comes into play. Aside from a cutting-edge online shop the optician chain also owns 26 branches in four different federal states. The optician lives up to the concept of customer satisfaction without compromise, which is supported by a personalized customer card. For all 26 branches, All About Cards provides the ideal solution for the personalized Robin Look loyalty card in the form of Zebra ZXP Series 1 card printers. This project implementation is a good example of a bundle package consisting of card printers and plastic cards in offset printing.
The Robin Hood among the opticians
Our collaboration with Robin Look includes the sale of a total of 26 Zebra ZXP Series 1 card printers to each store and the Pre-Printing of more than 100,000 plastic cards. These cards were printed with the corresponding customer data. Together with our customer Robin Look, All About Cards designed the perfect solution for printing customer cards directly in the shop. The customer cards attract attention by their striking orange layout with an empty, white field, which is subsequently printed in the store. At the back of the loyalty card, Robin Look lists comprehensive warranty claims, which the customer may use in case of loss of glasses or material defects.
The cards are printed on state-of-the-art Zebra ZXP Series 1 card printers. Such printers are very well suited to direct using in stores because they offer a complete card printing solution at a minimum of space and investment costs.
In the case of Robin Look, we decided to pre-print the plastic cards with Pantone colors. Pantone colors have a specific color code and always look uniform when printed. This means that all of our printed loyalty cards have exactly the same orange shades, which contributes significantly to the corporate identity of the company.
